• Payment information processed through our payment partner (Paymob), such as transaction references and payment status. We do not store full card numbers on this website
• Technical data that your browser may send, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site

3. How we use your information

We use personal information only as needed to:

• Create and manage your accommodation booking
• Check room availability and process security deposit and rent payments
• Send booking and payment confirmation messages, including accommodation rules where applicable
• Contact you or your parent/guardian about the booking, outstanding balances, or operational matters
• Meet legal, accounting, and audit requirements
• Improve the safety and reliability of the website

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Paymob. Card details are entered on Paymob’s secure pages. We receive confirmation of payment success or failure, the amount, and a transaction reference so we can update your booking.

A refundable security deposit may be collected to confirm a booking. That deposit is not first-month rent. Refund handling follows our booking and cancellation rules.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only with parties who need it to provide the service, including:

• Payment processors (Paymob) to complete transactions
• Email service providers used to send confirmation and support messages
• Accommodation operations staff who manage rooms, check-in, and resident support
• Authorities where we are required by law to disclose information

Service providers are expected to use the information only for the purpose we give it to them.

6. Retention

We keep booking, payment, and communication records for as long as needed to manage your stay, handle outstanding amounts or refunds, and meet legal record-keeping duties. When information is no longer required, we delete or securely archive it in line with our internal procedures.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the website and restricted staff access to booking records. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep your booking reference and emails confidential.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you should review the revised policy.
