OMR 50 security is required for every package. First month or full payment is optional.

After successful payment, you will receive an email containing the Rental Agreement and Accommodation Rules & Regulations (PDF). Please download the Rental Agreement, sign it, and email a scanned copy or clear photograph of the signed agreement to marladiesboookings@masakenalraha.com. To confirm your booking, a refundable security deposit of OMR 50 is required for all packages. This amount is not the first month rent. You may pay first month rent or the full package amount together with the security deposit, or pay the OMR 50 security only and settle rent later. Rates are inclusive of electricity, water, and internet.
